Quality Control

Let's make one thing clear; it is a lot easier to talk about quality control, or write about it on a website, than actually performing it on a daily basis.

Our quality control system is handling the quality issue on many levels; all the way from the hiring of a translator or proofreader to the delivery of a finished document.

It may seem a little over-the-top to ask a translator with an engineering background to do a test translation prior to assigning a new technical translation job (translators sometimes ask if this is really necessary :-) but to us it is all about having a secure system or not, and there are no exceptions; no translator is assigned a job unless already proven capable of handling not only the language combination, but most definately also the field of expertise.

We are all about long lasting relationships, and we do want you to come back, again and again...
