On Deadlines and
Agreements
Deadlines must be met. Period.
When we first started out in this
business back in the late 80's we made a major mistake: Being
fully aware of the importance of deadlines we used a marketing
slogan centered around accepting the jobs that had a
deadline yesterday. After a few months of working night and
day we had to rephrase that, as we had plenty of jobs coming
in - all with a deadline yesterday :-)
These days we are making more
flexible and realistic promises, but we are still doing our
very best to handle your emergencies.
