Even if our translators are among the most qualified in terms of practical knowledge of a technical, medical or legal text, and often have practical experience and/or formal education in their actual fields, it is just not possible to make guarantees on a content.

As such, neither Word2work Translations, nor Proyecto Axiqa SL or any of our translators, can be held responsible for any errors in language or content, or liable for any loss or damage resulting from errors, due to the client failing to comply with the above verification.

Furthermore, neither Word2work Translations nor Proyecto Axiqa SL or any of our translators are liable for any loss or damage due to delays.

The liability of Word2work Translations or Proyecto Axiqa SL is limited to the invoiced value of the actual translation.

It is our policy never to negotiate pricing after delivery of a job; if the job is not to the clients satisfaction, we will correct or redo the job untill the client is satisfied...

It is the clients responsibility to handle any copyright or other issue regarding a translation; by submitting documents for translation, the client confirms that Word2work Translations are allowed to do the translation, and that the client has the right to order this.

Privacy:

Almost needless to point out, but we never pass on documents, or information from documents, to third parties without the clients specific order to do so; your documents are safe with us; they are seen only by the translator, the proofreader and by our quality control function, and nobody else.
